Karachi: Pakistan Railways (PR) has issued an important statement to aid travelers during the Eid ul Adha holiday.
Pakistan Railway has decided to offer a substantial discount on all passenger transport and class tickets.
According to an official announcement, there has been a significant 33% decrease in fares. This offer will be available to passengers for the duration of the three Eid days.
The Chief Marketing Manager (CMM) PR has instructed the Divisional Superintendents of major cities such as Karachi, Quetta, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar to ensure compliance with the directives to ensure the successful implementation of this decision.
Separately, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), the country’s flag carrier, has also gotten into the spirit of the celebration by offering discounts on domestic travel.
During the three days of Eid ul Adha, PIA is offering a 10% discount on domestic flights.
