Federal Government Polyclinic Recruitment Policy
The recruitment policy follows a structured allocation of quotas, ensuring a fair representation from various regions:
- Merit: 7.5%
- Punjab (Including the Federal area of Islamabad): 50%
- Sindh: 19%
- Sind Urban areas of Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur (40% of 19%): 7.6%
