For the following probationary positions, which should become permanent after the successful completion of a one-year probationary period and in compliance with applicable regulations and norms, WAPDA is currently looking for eligible individuals with domicile in Swabi or Haripur.

The following instructions should be carefully read by applicants before completing the relevant statutory application form, which is accessible on the WAPDA website. The applicants must be citizens of Pakistan and must reside in the districts of Swabi and Haripur.

How To Apply

• A resident of Swabi or Haripur who is a Pakistani national must submit the application.
• Before filling out the relevant application form on the WAPDA website, candidates are recommended to carefully read the guidelines that follow.
• Within 15 days of the newspaper’s publication, the application must be delivered to the signatory.
• Based solely on merit, all candidates will be picked.
• While it is recommended that serving applicants submit through the proper channels, an early copy of the application may be forwarded without a N.O.C.
• The candidate will not be allowed to take part in the interview if they are unable to present a letter of certification from the pertinent department.
• Only those who have been selected for the skill test/interview will be contacted.
• WAPDA regulations provide that skill assessments will be given for technical posts.
• No TA or DA will be allowed during the skill test/interview for candidates.
• Employees of the government and WAPDA who have worked for two years straight as of the application deadline are qualified for a 10-year age relaxation up to the age of 55.
• Each category’s age is already adjusted to accommodate for general age relaxation.
• With the exception of a three-year age reduction for candidates from Scheduled Castes and the Buddhist Community, there would be no future age relaxations of the prescribed age restriction.
• Those with disabilities are given a ten-year age reduction, while applicants who are the children of
• WAPDA employees who have died in the line of duty and are vying for posts under the WAPDA employee Children Quota are given a five-year age reduction.
